At all times EOS strives to use the best quality while working within the client's financial considerations. Here's how we work:
Contracts—A written agreement provides a clear understanding between both parties so the client is familiar with our policies, fees and business operations from the outset. This sets the foundation for mutual respect, confidence and trust, crucial to a successful relationship. We provide the client with an overview of the work to be undertaken prior to signing and customize work according to the budget. Custom contracts may be added for certain projects.
I. Design Phase—We present floor plans showing furniture layout, options for fabric, furniture, lighting, window treatment ideas, floor materials, and accessories. During the initial presentation we will help you decide on a layout and overall color schemes for your home. The following two weeks are spent helping you to refine your choices and make decisions. This portion of the Design Phase entails viewing products and materials in person.
II. Implementation Phase—A budget will be presented based on your decisions. Next, we obtain quotes and draft purchase orders for your review. You will receive a package containing all selected materials and paperwork for your records. The final portion of the project involves accepting deliveries and accessorizing and styling your space. Our project managers are on site for all deliveries, and your designer will help you to put the finishing touches on your home.
